Personality - Echo portrays himself as a fun loving, vibing out soul with as much love for music as his family. Almost everything he does is to a beat, and he seeks to inspire everyone to find their own beat to jam to. • Echo currently raises Zetski Rhinestone, a young cheetah who’s father passed away and mother lost hope in her ability for her to ever care for her son properly, as his adopted son. Summarized History -
Echo was raised into a musical family, the only child of two traveling musicians. On top of innately having perfect pitch, however, Echo was born with sound manipulation abilities. It is known that his parents harbor abilities to a similar extent, but they were less interested in their magical heritage and moreso in their musical prowess. Echo took on this trait, not particularly looking for information on his ancestors.

Echo was born in the musical city of, well, Meusi City, and lived there for a solid thirty years. At a young age he took up the trumpet as his main instrument, and pursued lessons in piano, drum set and trombone, and also took vocal lessons. His studies would persist through his academic years, specializing in music technology and quickly networking with band members, producers, etc. At age 24, he and two other colleagues he had met during academia, Ashyr and Jill, formed a band named The Prism Trio. In the same year, he would meet with the parents of Zetski Rhinestone and the child himself, and would bond through business practices and frequent trips around the nation. Six years after that, the Prism Trio would disband, but not on terrible terms. However, half a year in, and Zetski’s parents would pass away in a tragic accident. Echo took up the task of raising Zetski in their stead, and would adopt him as his legal son. At age 32, the two moved to Central Station.

Physical Strengths/Weaknesses - Echo manages to keep a pretty built figure, and his physical strength and endurance is slightly higher than average. Of course, he is no grand super-strength bearing mortal.
Mental Strengths/Weaknesses - When it comes to the safety of those he cares about, he can get stuck in a tunnel-view mindset, and is less likely to take no for an answer when his view seems to endanger who he wants to protect. Otherwise, he is a standard joe.

Powers/Abilities - Sonic Empowerment (Sound Manipulation/Attacks)
Echo can control the vibrations of the air around him, essentially producing sound that can be heard at varying decibels. He most often does so with “bullets” of sound, that don’t puncture a target but still deal damage. Depending on the amplitude and frequency, the target may become dazed, and may even start bleeding in the ears. Because he is always closest at the origin point of these bullets, however, he is subject to at least take half of the damage given (not full, due to acclamation to his abilities)

OH BOY HERE WE GO

I'm probably just gonna make quick notes for this SHE LIED. But there are a few things you probably need to know!

Parents: Dead

This is a cliche. A really common cliche that just makes people cringe, because it's so overdone for the sake of drama in a character's life that it needs to just stop. Usually, there's no reason for this, and dead parents are usually to be avoided unless there's a good reason for it. I mean, you could even expand on them! Turn them into characters and develop them! Make them have their own adventures and make thing not-so-boring!

Personality: Hasty, Outgoing

You're gonna need way more detail than that, sir. Two words doesn't sum up a personality. Anyone can be hasty and outgoing, but what makes them special? What are their opinions on people? Do they socialise, do they appreciate the world they live in? They're a DJ right, so they're gonna need to be upbeat. What are they like in the club and what are they like out of it? They're 'hasty' but what does that mean? How are they hasty? Give examples!

Element of Choice: Sound

Sound's a really interesting power, I'll give you that. Better than 'fire' or 'water'. But the thing is, how is sound a power? Again, expand, let the readers know more about your character. Can they turn sound into a weapon which deafens the ears? Can they increase the volume of their voice to terrifying levels? Do the vibrations cause lethal damage, or it it just to stun? Maybe make a list of attacks he can do here, so you can tell people just what your character can do in combat.

Likes: Music, preferably electro, dance, trance, dubstep, dnb, etc, shaved ice, parties, dancing, crafting sound weapons.

Dislikes: Classical and Country music

So many points that need expanding. Music's a given, considering his profession. And of course he likes parties and such - he'd be a really grumpy DJ if he didn't! Though what do you mean by 'crafting sound weapons'? How do you do that? Who taught him? It isn't mentioned in the bio, and you need to define what a 'sound weapon' is. Is it a gun that shoots physical sound? A big cannon that fires out vibrations like dubstep on a regular basis? Plus, does he like anything else? Looks like his whole life revolves around that. Can you think of anything outside of that which would shape the character more?

And dislikes. Music. That it? Like, does he hate people who murder and hurt others? Cause according to his history it should, but you haven't mentioned it. Does he dislike silence? Can he be alone by himself or does he need the company of others? There needs to be a lot more here, otherwise he'd like everything. Like:
"Oh, parents just died. Eh. I'm cool with that."
"World ending? World ending while someone breaking into my house and eating the last slice of my homemade cheesecake? Sure!"
"CLASSICAL MUSIC?! HOW DARE YOU!"
See what I mean?

Strengths: He's able to hear and withstand sound frequencies ranging from 10Hz to 50,000Hz without his headphones, and even higher with them. He hasn't tested his range any farther, but has not discombobulated himself in the process. He also has a great physical defense and attack.

Right, that's interesting. So he can resist intense ear-bleeding sound, and hear the faintest of whispers. That's unique, fits with his character. Not to mention, it's good too, since it isn't massively overpowered!
Two things though.
You'll need to define 'great physical defence and attack'. That doesn't really tell us much. Did he train after events in his life? Does 'defence' mean he has little trouble anticipating the next move of his opponent and able to block it, or does it mean that he can take hits like a champ? If so, how? He doesn't look that tough or muscular. Same goes for attack. Is he good at melee weapons or hand-to-hand? If so, did he teach himself or learn it from someone?
Another thing - all combat based. Well, barthe first point. But remember - being good socially is a strength. He's good at dealing with people, getting a crowd going. That's a strength. Don't make them entirely combat based, one of my biggest pet peeves.

Weaknesses: His long range and special defense isn't that well, and he's not very fast without any of his gadgets. Disarming him is not easy, but possible.

Again, needs more than combat! You said he's good with parties, but is he actually really insecure? Does he need constant approval of others? Does he feel weak and vulnerable without people, or with silence? Maybe some things can trigger memories for him which he doesn't want to remember, and that distresses him. Never think just combat. There's more to a character than that.
And again, define long range. Do you mean guns? Though you said he owns pistols and can make physical sound as a weapon, so that would mean he excels at it. It clashes with what you've put. And put a reason why. Why is he bad at guns? Could he never handle them? Due to the event with his parents, does holding one always bring discomfort? Pus, you need to define 'special defence'. Why? Why is he bad at that? I assume you mean magical abilities, so what makes it different from physical? Of course magical abilities hurt to everyone, that's generic. Explain why its such a big weakness.
State what the gadgets are. I don't see a single mention of one other than his gun, which I'm gonna go with 'doesn't affect his speed'. Does he have others? What do they do? Do they have names? Did he make them himself? Plus, you should probably put said gadgets in strengths too. That's important.
Also the disarming weakness. That applies to every character. Plus your wording seems more of a strength than a weakness, the fact that its harder to disarm him than a usual character. May want to adjust that. It shouldn't really be there.

ECHO'S BIO

Oh. Oh dear. This is a lot of words. I've already typed so many words. If I end up dying, I blame the internet forever.

At age 8 is when his parents taught him how to build his own instruments, dj booths, and even sound weapons.

Oh, only through reading this again did I catch this. Okay so his parents taught him. You might want to put in strengths that he's really smart then, because an 8 year old making those kind of things is abnormal and therefore makes him a prodigy. Though why would his parents, at age 8, teach him how to make weapons? That's extreme. Really extreme. Did they have a reason for it? Had they experienced something which made them concerningly overprotective?

Then came the accident.

Let me put this into perspective. When I saw these words, without reading ahead, I thought 'car crash'.

Echo leaned on an apartment wall, while the parents stood on the other side

Like, opposite the street? 'Other side' of what? Like an apartment had four sides and none are facing each other. Did they just leave the child on the other side of the street? That's what I'm getting, I might be wrong. They're awful parents then.

His slumber was interrupted by screeching tires, his parents screaming, and a loud bang. 

Cliche #002: Dead parents due to car crash.
Called it.

The man who had run them over managed to get out the car, and stood near the windshield... he seemed to smile.

Does he have any sort of significance? Was he just a murderer? Is there a reason behind this event? Why did he smile? Plus the car was tipped over, right? How did he get out? Why did he risk his life? So many unanswered questions which need answering.

Echo sat there, quiet as ever, watching the man who had just ran over his parents. The mad wore black robes, and he had on black shades, so that his face was covered

You'd think a child would start screaming or react in some way, at the bodies on the windshield. If he was quiet, this would have probably shaped her personality. If he was able to keep himself contained like that in such a bad accident, you may want to say that in strengths - that he's good at not flinching to gruesome acts.

Echo reached in his backpack, and gripped his own sound pistol. He tiptoed towards the man while he was looking.

Why does an 8 year old have a pistol. Why did his parents teach him how do make it. What even is a sound pistol. Help. 

Echo raised the pistold to the man's forehead, and pulled the trigger. A burst of translucent sound about the same shape as a bullet came in contact with the man's forehead, and went through it. His body started to convulse a bit, then fell backwards, completely still.

So that car crash, the man behind it all, was all for drama. Sorry to be blunt, but that's what I'm getting from this. Plus, you'd think a grown man, a murderer no less, would be able to dodge out of the way. Would be used to combat. Would have little trouble taking out a child too.

Ever since then, Echo lived by himself in his parents house, taking care of himself.

How does a 10 year old just 'take care of himself'? Does he have money? Can he buy food? Can he cook? How did he not run out of money and starve? People would question too. They'd notice. They'd check the bodies and take custody of him. No-one would leave a kid alone in their parents house. Plus, seems that the event didn't have any impact whatsoever on him.
"Parents died? Yeah but there's microwavable food in the freezer so I'm okay."
He doesn't seem phased. Doesn't grieve. Doesn't react in any way and is cold and to-the-point, killing a man with no hesitation whatsoever. Killing, yet knows what killing is. The child is clearly a monster.

When questioned by the public, he still never told about the man that killed him or what he did to him.

But
The corpse was on the streets.
And everyone would know about what happened.
The bodies would have been found.
What.

When he was 16 he got a job as a party dj, and he had a good pay.

You'd think going back to places like that would scar him.

He finished his education early, thanks to his parents that had helped him in when they werent dead, so he was free to do whatever he liked.

How.
What.
How does that help his education. How did they even help. Was it income? Was it cheating the system? The boy seems more like a heartless killer than anything else. The parents seem wasteful exposition there for the sake of drama which never really mattered anyway, since he wasn't affected at all. Like, at all. In fact it seemed their deaths benefited him more than anything else.

Maaaaaaaaaaaaay wanna change some stuff.
Really, more detail. A lot more detail. And remember: always think 'why'. Give reasons. Make it logical. Don't do things just for drama, make them have an impact.

You know, I haven't really thought about what else does Echo like or dislike... though technically Echo was literally surrounded by music, I agree with you here. I'll change a few things though.

How about you RP with him and add things as you go along? Like, you might RP with him and write in that he likes certain activities, things like that.
