The skunk would wipe his shoulder, then stretch out his arms for a bit.

"Not yet."

He'd then re-orient the weapon, swapping the sharp side for the blunt one.

After giving her a few seconds to take that in, he'd make a quick, sideway swing.

63 attempted to block but her "blade" apparently wasn't fully hardened from reforming, as when it made contact Emmetts own weapon hit it went through and cleanly took out 63's side and opposite arm. 63 looked on rather stunned as she tried to reform.

Emmett remained silent, waiting for a chance at another attack.

The air grew cold and one could visibly see both his and the others' gusts of air as they breathed.

His weapon looked as if it had been taken out of the freezer.

63 was surprised at the sudden decrease in temperature in the air. Had she had lungs and actually breathed she would've seen her own breath.

"U-uhm... why did it get so cold all of the sudden?"

63 could stand cold, it didn't bother her all that much other than slowing her down.

The question had fallen entirely on deaf ears.

Emmett would give himself a running start and leap at her.

Every step left a trail, as if the floor was snow.

63 let out a yelp of surprise as Emmett lunged at her.

"W-what are?"

Unfortunately she hadn't had enough time to reform and harden herself to defend. She let out a ylp as he attack.

The entire scenery had shifted right before her eyes, in a heartbeat. The house was no more than ruin, the roof long since caved in, the floor snowed over.

Emmett approached her, now donning full military gear. He kept his sword, now one entirely out of ice, pointed at her.

The place he had hit was hardening and so was the surrounding area, but it wasn't through her own volition.

It was freezing over.

"E-Emmett?

63 Could feel her body freezing, she tried to stop it but it was an unnatural cold. Tears rolled off her face in fright as she felt an unnatural pain.

"Emmett... please... Y-you win... s-stop it please..."

The scenery shifted once again, this time reverting back to normal.

Emmett was right beside her, holding her hand, a look of worry on his face. The weapon was nowhere in sight.

"I'm sorry, I should have known this would happen," he'd mutter. "The sword doesn't differentiate between training and a real fight."

There was a good reason why him fighting took so little time and required so little hits.

"It gets into your head."

"W-what... was that?"

There was a certain figity, shaky, parts in her voice. She struggled to maintain form but couldn't seem to hold it very well.

"I-I don't feel too good... "

The skunk's stoic attitude was starting to show its cracks.

"Hey, hey!" he'd shout. "Listen to me! None of that was real!"

63 got up a minute later. Her psyche, already not the best, was at least ok. She gave a sheepish smile to the skunk to reassure him that she was ok, if not still shaken.

"U-uh... what was that by the way?" She asked looking over his blade, "I didn't know it could mess with ones head like that."

"Like I said, it gets inside your head," the skunk would reaffirm. "Not keen on giving out details, though. What it does is meant to be a family secret."

63 gave him a very perplexed look. Did he mean his real family?  He never talked about them, it was that or he was talking about the "family" of thieves which was possible.

However she didn't bother trting to push the question, so instead she got up and sat down on the couch, trying to relax as she waited once again for onyx to return or anything else to happen.

The skunk would have a look at his sword, sigh and then leave it on a nearby cupboard as he headed into the little kitchen the group had all to themselves.

Once again, the bad apple of the bunch would try to get herself involved. Taking a seat right next to 63, she'd immediately start talking.

"I guess you're just not ready for that kind of training."

63 just a gave a nod in understanding, not really being upset.

"Yeah... I'll need time before i can a hold of myself. I'm trying though."

63 began playing with her body, altering fur and hair color. A few minutes later she was testing out her morphing ability and testing weapon shapes.

"He pities you."
