Appearance:
Glacius stands at about four feet (4’0”) tall. He has white fur with blue stripes on the quills and legs, and has skin colored fur on his arms, muzzle, and stomach. He’s got light blue eyes and his quills are similar to a mixture that of sonic and shadow, with his bottom two and middle quill pointing downwards, his top two quills pointing upwards, and his top most main quill pointing downwards once more. He wears a white ankle length coat and keeps his sleeves rolled upwards past his elbows. He also sports black cargo pants in which he tucks the bottoms of into black combat boots. Lastly, he wears a normal black t-shirt under his coat and a black scarf over his neck, going around the collar of his coat and black fingerless leather gloves.

Personality:
Glacius is a curious and kind hearted soul. He’s always aspired to help others since he could remember, and looked up to becoming a hero that the world could count on. He’s quite cocky and jokesy, and rarely ever serious Glacius now uses his abilities to go on adventures and help those in need. Although analytical at times, the hedgehog is often clumsy, oblivious, and quick to act on what he thinks is the right action. He's stubborn and will get angry easily as well if pushed the right direction. Although he does try to, he’s very aware he can’t get along with everyone, and tends to avoid people who act TOO much on emotion, who are overly violent, or care about themselves over others no matter the cost.
Glacius is very extroverted and friendly. It doesn’t take long for him to smile and joke with another person, but one doesn’t ever really see Glacius talk about himself. He doesn’t seem to care all too much about himself by the way he’s always willing to get into harm’s way to help someone, and will become agitated if someone asks about his past. However, with that in mind, if he does stick around someone long enough, they might be just lucky enough to catch him talking about his past to them.

Combat traits

Powers:
Surprisingly enough, Glacius wields photokinesis, which is the emission and manipulation of light. Currently Glacius is in the midst of discovering his powers, although he knows he has them, and has trained them slightly, he doesn’t know exactly what range his powers lie in, and his true capabilities. He as well has the normal hedgehog speed gene that increases his speed, in which he uses in combination with his light abilities to propel himself to faster speeds. His current range of powers includes ranged plasma-based attacks, such as light beams, balls, and spears, as well as light construction, in which he makes a solid construct out of light. He also has some experience in hand-to-hand combat, and rather likes to rely on physical combat than his powers, claiming “one is weak if they rely only on the natural gifts given to them rather than building oneself up to become better”. Currently he’s in the midst of studying light and what’s involved with it to better understand and train his powers.

Strengths:
-He has a varied number of attacks and maneuvers he can make whilst in combat, his powers assisting him in being hard to predict
-His abilities give him ranged and close combat capabilities
-His light powers are hot and burn, capable of destroying small electronics in a single blast or burning anything it hits.

Weaknesses:
-He’s deathly afraid of heights and has a disadvantage against anyone that can fly
-He is weak to dark and electricity-based attacks. Darkness attacks seem to do more damage than normal attacks and electricity seems to negatively charge his body, in which destabilizes or “shuts down” his powers for a temporary amount of time.
-He has spent a majority of his life without powers, so the hedgehog is still discovering what he can do. While he has discovered a good range of attacks with his powers, he also has little stamina, and will quickly run out of energy for his powers if he uses them too much.

History (brief)
Glacius was born into a poor family. He was the son of a two hedgehogs, a normal woman, and a male sporting powers of light. However right as Glacius was born, his father left, effectively abandoning him and his mother, never to be seen or heard of from them again. His father wasn’t particularly famous either, so any and all means of tracking him through recent sightings was difficult. When he grew up with just his mother, his mother told him stories of his father, telling him he was a powerful and famous hero. The boy grew up, believing his father was out there, saving the world and would eventually come back. Of course, as time went on, it became apparent that he wouldn’t come back, despite the boy’s beliefs. He grew up like this until he was six, where he went to school for the first day. However, when he came back from school, his mother, who was scared of the fact that he might develop destructive abilities similar to his father, left. Abandoned, Glacius survived for about two years off of school food and squatting in an abandoned house until someone found him on the streets. A classmate had followed him, becoming wary on how skinny the boy was becoming over the years, and found that he was digging through the trash and stealing food from people when he could to eat when he wasn’t at school. Dirty, scrawny, and hungry, the classmate, who had become good friends with the boy in school, had grabbed his parents and showed them his friends poor situation. He convinced them to take him in and bathe them. After a few years of snippiness and careful observation on Glacius’s part, he eventually warmed up to the family, and became a part of them, trusting them completely. He went on life, growing up with the same ambitions until high school, where he began skipping class, eventually dropping out, to become a hero, training on his off days on any aspect he could. It wasn’t until he hit 20 where he discovered he had abilities. So until the point he’s at now, Glacius trained day in and day out with his abilities, becoming somewhat adept, although still not fully, with them.
