I noticed I have two emeralds...when I have all of them can I use them?
If yes is it only once or is it multiple use?

Those emeralds in your rank are strictly for decoration. They have no use at all on the forums to my knowledge.

Correct! They're purely to show rank. It doesn't actually mean you get any emeralds.
