Level up!!

First of all – what is this?
We're implementing a rank up system so that your efforts don't go unnoticed, both IC and OOC. While we can not allow this concept to be the highlight of the Guild (as we're an RP forum, not an MMO RPG), there's still some things you and your OC can gain from ranking up.



How do I rank up, and what's the max. rank?
Everyone starts off as rank E, and goes from D to A, ending at S – since that's usually how Sonic games go. That leaves us with 5 ranks and rank 0.
To rank up, all you have to do is participate in quests, and most importantly, bring them to the end. Every finished quest equals 1 point, unless decided differently by the staff (in special cases).
That leaves us with 2 issues.

1. What if mid-quest the person leading it bails, or we all find ourselves stuck?
   If a situation occurs where all of the RPers are sure the RP can't be revived, you can bring it up to the staff and have your quest revised. If it's only lasted one page then tough luck, try again; but if you've brought it to a somewhat important point, we can consider it a quest maybe failed, but failed in style, and you'll receive 0,5 of a point or 1 point.
   
2. What if my OC doesn't like quests, and prefers to help out at the Guild?
   That's why everyone is given 2 OCs at start – so that they may choose different paths for each, and develop them both in their own way. Sadly, there might not be a way for your OC to reach the top if they don't participate in quests – but it's only logical that people are more likely to be considered heroes when they go out and save the world, right? Like I said before, rank up isn't the focus of the Guild anyway – and your OC will still have access to what it has to offer, especially if you've chosen a class like Scientist for them.
   

Okay, now let's get to the point – here is the tier list and the rewards assigned to them!


E - entrance rank
Everyone gets 2 OCs. Powerless OCs are assigned a Wispon of their choice.
OOC: Your characters at this rank receive Silver E-Rank ID cards.


Rank D (2 points)
IC: OC gets a Wispon of their choice and a small sum of Rings.
OOC: You can submit 1 more OC to the Guild. Your characters at this level receive Silver D-Rank ID cards.


Rank C (5 points)
IC: OC gets access to one more random type of Wispon and a small sum of Rings.
OOC: You can submit 1 more OC to the Guild. Your characters at this level receive Gold C-Rank ID cards.


Rank B (9 points)
IC: OC gets access to one more random type of Wispon and a considerate sum of Rings. They're considered a veteran among the Guild now.
OOC: You can submit 1 more OC to the Guild. Your characters at this level receive Black B-Rank ID cards.


Rank A (14 points)
IC: OC gets access to one more random type of Wispon and a considerate sum of Rings. They're considered a local hero outside the Guild now, and less experienced heroes are expected to listen to their advice during quests.
OOC: You can submit 1 more OC to the Guild. Your characters at this level receive Rainbow A-Rank ID cards.


Rank S (20 points)
IC: OC has access to all types of Wispons and receives a great sum of Rings. They're considered a hero at quite the scale, and less experienced guild members are expected to listen to their advice. Their portait is hung in the entrance hall of the guild.
OOC: You can submit 1 more OC to the Guild. You also get a free portrait of your OC made by one of the Admins that will be posted in the Hall of Fame part of the Guild. Your characters of this level may have any 1-color, or 2-color gradient S-Rank ID card of your choice.
