Character Questions!

So, we should get to know each other's characters more. And what better way to do that than answer questions about them? Inspired off a collaborative comic I saw a good few years back, the aim of this topic is basically that an admin posts a question once a week whenever, and members (and the admins cause I'm not missing out on the fun) reply with a response about the characters of their choosing.

-You choose, at most, two characters. 
-It is preferred that you do not change chosen characters as it can get incredibly confusing. But if you're getting bored of the character you started with, you can switch. Just as long as you say you've switched and with what character.

Current Question:
What's your character's deepest, darkest secret?

This looks fun, so.... I'll join in!

For this I'll use my fairly new character Lucia.  Lucia is a 14 year old gret cat with wavy grey hair that ends just above her shoulders.  The tips are tinted dark purple.  A small dark purple bow is tucked into her hair to keep it out of her face.  She wears a black long-sleeved dress that ends at her knees, with ruffled cuffs and white lace.  The bottom half of the dress poofs out as if something is holding it up.  There's is a big purple bow in the back of the dress that is visible from the front.  With this she wears black laced boots that end just below her knees.  Although this is not visible unless you're looking up her dress (which I hope you aren't doing... She's pretty young for that..) there are stitches going all the way around her left thigh.

So there you go.  Wish I could have a drawing of her, but I'm still working on the whole drawing thing XD.

Ooooo this looks fun~ 8D  I'll be using Fangs and Nails as my choices since they are my main two characters I use here and elsewhere.

Fangs is a cream color tigress that wears a ponytail with cream and red hairs in that.  She doesn't wear pants but does wear a dark brown vest with a tank top red shirt and boots that are dark brown and gold in color.  They actually look like a paw in some sense it you look at it right.  She also wears silver bangles on her wrist.  One thing that is clearly standing out on her as of recent is the fact her eye whites are a dark brown color and she now has her normal blue eyes again.  

Nails is an off white color tigress that wears her hair in a rather unusual fashion, she has a clip that holds her hair the way it does but mostly its down and drooping.  The hair is white and light blue in color.  She also is cover head to toe in heavy suede and fur trimming clothing that she wore when she live on the tundra.  She also has a black shirt and short under that clothing as an extra layer of warmth.  Her accessories are suede and fur trim anklets and that she wear a necklace that she believe was her biological mother's jewelry.

Week 2:
What is the worst thing your character has been through?

I'll be using Boubka!
Although the destruction of SS was hard for him, I think his worst moment was when Moony attacked him. Boubka has a very strong bond with friends. He thought Moony was a friend. When a friend attacks you and you don't know why, you feel really bad. Because certain bad things happened before in a short time period, Boubka got depressed.

Lucia's worst moment was probably when she died (I mean that's pretty traumatizing, isn't it?).  She and her three sisters were killed for the benefit of a mad scientist, who was trying to create a way of everlasting beauty and life.  Fortunately this succeeded, and Lucia became reanimated, with no recollection of her original life.  The same happened with her other sisters.

Shalina has a semi to a little dark brown coat, half the same brown and half white muzzle with a sweater with a triangle of brownies and a skirt that has patchs that are brownie brown, and patches of pink, they are in the pattern pink then brown all across her skirt, and her eye is dark brown with the other covered by dark brown hair (I have plans to show her other eye later on)

Oh boy worse thing my characters been through, I can say one thing some of mine are known for is just the pure trouble they can cause.  Well at least for Fangs and Nails, they kinda been through a lot of things in the recent.  Right?


Oh god this question.  I mean we did indeed get in a lot of trouble recently... many things that probably should have killed a bunch of us.  I'd say the worse thing that's happened to me so far is what transpired recently with me.


See, was having a nice walk in the park with my boyfriend when some black and red hedgehog totting some fancy gauntlet on his right arm attacked us on the grounds we were "prey".  Long story short, no one helped us, we both died and well apparently my 'wrathful' streak sent me straight into Hell in that nice river there.  And then that changed when some dragon goddess drag a bunch of us out of there to cause chaos and then she cursed me as a demon.  Annnnddd here I am now, fun times~



As for me, I mean I already had a rough time first time around in my life with the whole "being used as a scapegoat" thing that happened.  I've moved on from that now through since that was what happened in my previous lifetime and should just move on. Have to admit, a lot of the stuff I did wrong now probably landed me where I am.  


Worst thing I've been through is the fact I was trying to make right the wrongs I did to several of my friends and people I cared about.  Everything seem well... kinda until a deal I did with the dark god Nega cause him to drag me away from my friends and  family.  I tired to get back home and I was successful but only to realize that I messed up too far to fix it and he said I was basically wasting my time fixing what can't be.  So now I'm just working with him to help keep myself busy and that I'll eventually at least return back to my kids and resume life then.


I'd say my worst thing was not so much getting killed, more that I screwed up to the point I can't really fix it anymore.

Worst thing shalinas been through...? Probably that she woke up in a forest with only being able to remember her name and nothing else, that's probably the worst thing that's happened to Shalina so far in terms of it being actual canon.

Boubka has one of the most original power of them all: The ability to control chaos energy.

Basically, he's a Fox form of a Shadow, although he doesn't need a chaos emerald. Ya see, he is a chaos kitsune. A few hundreds of years, before echidna's protected the shrine, some foxes lived in caves close to the master emerald. because of the chaos energy's radiation, foxes became two tailed and stuff. Oooooh creepy. Their adrenaline gland or something mutated to generate chaos energy whenever adrenaline should be generated. That is basically Boubka's power. He can manipuate chaos energy in his blood. Very dangerous yes. Can get out of control and stuff. Could go very edgy any second of time.

He can shoot chaos bullets, create a (not permanent) sword of chaos energy, chaos control and other stuffs.

He also has a great power to mystically make chocolate bars appear out of his pockets.

Travis "Raven" McGable is my most used character. He uh... doesn't have any powers. What he does make up for his lack of powers is his endurance, various tactics and weaponry, and his robotic arm. Unfortunately, that robotic arm is a double-edged sword since it is very vulnerable to hackers. In advanced, I'm sorry if I kind of butted my way in here. And I'm sorry for being sorry about simple things. I should stop saying sorry about things that are inconsequential...

I hope you don't mind if I get involved in this.

I'll use Helena, since she's the main character that I use. I'll also be using Hurry; this is another character that I use as well.

So Lena has a wide span of intelligence, since she knows a few things about the supernatural. Hurry is a pacifist, meaning he despises violence. He seems to be some sort of healer, as he uses many kinds of spells to help those who are in trouble. (This is kind of what a shaman does.)

I should probably answer this myself to boost some sort of activity here. So I'll be using two characters; Alphedyus and Sigmartyus. I won't be describing either of them because they're a secret and describing would be spoiling the characters ;D

Both of them are very strong characters, mentally and physically. They have a certain reputation in certain areas, and their rank reflects their ability in battle. Which is, needless to say, absolutely fantastic and downright terrifying, both in vastly different ways.


Alphedyus is the lesser powerful of the two, preferring to use cunning and tactics above brutality. They have a certain slyness to them, and are capable of smooth-talking and twisting the words of those they decide to engage in a wordly debate. They uses the masses to fight for them, but in terms of powers and their own capabilities, they can still put up a terrifying fight. They're capable of quick blood magic - using their own blood as ritual for spells, but they do so in such a way that they're not demonically corrupted by it. In addition, due to this, they can also expertly use holy magic to vanquish foes and take an edge on the battlefield via calling upon sacred blessings. Their natural power is poison, but they've yet to use that for a long time.

Sigmartyus considers brute strength as a prime aspect to assert dominance over the weak. Their physical strength is superb, and can be considered abnormal if not for the fact that they're beefy as all hell. When adorning their signature armour, their punches can topple walls with ease. Unlike the other, they do not rely on tricks, but instead prefer to go head-first into battle. Their natural ability is to control and breathe fire, and can also makeshift and manipulate it into semi-physical flame weapons. In addition, Sigmartyus is the preferred champion of a specific god, and uses their blessing to make themselves so heavily damage resistant that it's incredibly difficult to harm them. However, rumours say their they're too over-reliant on this god in order to win battles.

Spek made me post here as well so nyeh. For this topic I shall be using Dick and Karma since my brain tells me too and for both this could be a good development.

Dick himself completely lacks any kind of power in the traditional sense. Though he has gotten stronger in the physical way thanks to combination of actual training and hard word as well as thanks to a shit ton of cybernetics which allow for a boosted strength, speed and making him less easily exhausted. On top of that he has become quite adept at manipulation of people with his words.

Karma on the other hand is a bit more of a mess. They have extremely powerful dark/demonic abilities as well as extremely powerful light/holy abilities. However due to what Karma is, they completely cancel each other out. Though the people that made Karma have speculated that as they grow up they will learn how to balance them properly enough to actually use them. The fact as well is that Karma is able to take a lot of hits from all kinds of attacks. Though when injured their own body gets stuck in a cycle of trying to regenerate as well as destroy itself.

What's your character's personality?

I guess I'll have to use the character that I use the most, which is Adrian.

Ahem..

Oh dear, how shall I do this...

I don't know much about Lena's personality, except that she's much like me- kind, quiet, and respectful. Hurry, on the other hand, is a pacifist, which means he despises violence. However, he'll try to solve problems without using violence, if possible.

Gonna try and catch up on this! Going to use my character Katiyana, or Kati for short

What does your character look like? -


Kati is a platinum blonde arctic fox, rather naturally beautiful, nice to look at.
She is quite tall but not overly, and is slim in figure.
Her outfit primarily consists of blue clothing, that being a tight fitted dress that cuts off at her upper thigh, patterned with various shades of blue - similarly with her boots and gloves.
A minty green shade of lipstick and eye shadow is also a regular theme on this fox. 
Lastly, on her forehead she sports an icy gem!

What is the worst thing your character has been through? -


At the age of 10, Kati' village was challenged (well, revisited) by a beast, a beast that consisted of what would be considered pure darkness and cold, cold, ice, turning the village into a frozen wasteland.


The beast however, was growing weak. If it were to die the villages state would be irreversible, even with the hottest sunlight. He demand that they sacrifice a vessel for the beast to reside within, that was Kati. The beast proposed that he enter the body of the mobian, and the two shall fight for dominance of the body. At this time, she was only at the young age of 10. When the beast began to reside within her, she went into a frozen like state, encased inside an icy cocoon.


For several years Kati remained in this state, waging a mental war to adapt to the beasts great strength and power, a true struggle for such a young mobian.


As time went on the Village started to defrost over time, a sign that Kati was ever slowly gaining control over the beast, or it was gaining control of her. Eventually, the village was in it's normal state and Kati had returned back to consciousness.
Her fur and hair had turned far more pale, her eyes turned an icy blue, and a gem adorned on her forehead that couldn't seem to be removed.


After coming out of her ice-coma, Kati had lost a significant amount of physical strength, and had to take a while to get back into things that were once simple, like walking, eating, general moving.


What powers does your character have? -


Well! After the several years of mental battles, Kati had essentially absorbed the vast and great power of the beast that threatened her village. She has a very high level of Cryokinetic abilities - Being able to use it as weapons, projectiles, armour, protection, even manipulating the areas around her. However, despite having grown a lot since then her control over such high power is still shaky to say the least, and tires easily due to such high output of power.


Also because of the powers she has, Kati is in a constant state of cold, her touch, her breathe, heck even just her presence brings a cold air into the room. Even if the sun were beating down on her, not a difference would be made.


What is your character's personality? -


Kati is somewhat a quiet, concealed and anxious character, simply for the reasons above. She doesn't want to disturb others with her cold presence, or make anyone feel uncomfortable. Because of this, she is very independent and is quite good at looking out for herself, not to mention she is a very good listener.


However if she is to be approached, one will find she is rather chill by nature, a very relaxed individual. She speaks softly and always listens intently, because she is always interested in other people - what they are doing, what they're thinking, what's going on, etc.


DONE. RUSHED. BUT DONE.

If any is fact, Dick's name is very fitting considering his behavior at times. This holds especially true if it comes to demons due to personal grudges. But to other people he tends to be a lot more friendly and inquisitive. More than willing to socialize and interact and meet people. Is the type of person that is really hard to truly befriend. But to those that manage to get that far, they can see a whole other side of him. A side that is a lot more emotional and aggressive.

Karma on the other hand is much harder to pinpoint. They are prone to huge mood swings and behavioral shifts in their being. Going from calm and collected to screaming and cackling while  talking about the darkest of things. Though if one could strip the mood swings away, you would be left with a very pessimistic child that wants nothing more than to feel happy and safe. They can be really cold to people due to a rather deep laying envy that so many can life happy lives without pain. It's just unfair.

Alphedyus is not a quiet individual, but they know when to speak and when they shouldn't. Well, to be more precise, they know WHAT to say and what they shouldn't. They're careful of their words and how they say them, because they're always seeking to be in the good books of those who matter.
However, even though they want to be liked and is, they're ruthless. If they have a goal, they will seek it. It may take months, years, their whole life, but nothing will set them off that path to achieving it, and they will do anything to get it, even if their conjured plan takes years upon years and means dedicating their existence to it. They're headstrong in this sense, and it's hard to get them to change direction. They plan stupidly far in advance almost to an obsessive extent, and have plans for their plans for their plans, making sure that every single slip-up has some sort of back-up.
Ignoring all their flaws and their dangerous behaviour to others, they're alright tho.

Sigmartyus is a monster. Physically too, but mentally, they're a beast. Like Alphedyus, they're headstrong and tackle goals they give themselves, but in a dangerous level that they prefer brutality over planning and thinking. They live for the thrill of fight and land-domination,  and revel in victories before moving onto the next. In this sense, they have a fairly simple mind compared to the other, and they repeat things over and over as long as they work. This is why they obsessively fight - it's a working method that always gives them what they want.
Out of battle, they're not aggressive, but always seem angry and intimidating. They're quiet and prefer actions over words, but will chime in with their own personal advice if need be. They gesture with their hands a lot, as their high ego and over-commanding nature makes them believe that that's all that's required. A natural fighter and a natural leader in battle too, and they refuse to let anything stand in their way, and refuse to give up even when they should.

Let's see, how can I put this...?

Well, Lena likes hunting demons, in case you haven't noticed, and...I'm not sure what Hurry likes doing, to be honest.

Oh! What does Kati do in her spare time?

Well, she has a small business in which she makes ice sculptures for special gatherings such as weddings, dances, charity events. However with the strength of her cryokinetic ability these sculptures can..well..take some significant amount of time to melt.

Other than her little job, she genuinely enjoys going out for walks. Yes, boring, but it's a legitimate pass time of hers and she does it often, whether it be the city, the local park, the forest, by a lake. She's a very calm and collected mobian and her hobbies reflect as such.

Not to mention, she enjoys going out for a coffee when she can. Cafe's are some of her favourite places to visit~

Lastly, I would say she also enjoys shopping! Clothes and shoes particularly, she likes to look good in order to feel good and always dresses to impress, herself.

Dick is not some one with that much spare time. Though the spare time that he has he tends to waste away in bars and cafes these days. Anything to get his mind of things. Besides that he does do a fair bit of studying for myself in regards to his cybernetics and how to upkeep those. As well as possible talks to a scientific organization regarding things.

Karma on the other hand practically has nothing but spare time and has found a wide variety of ways to fill it. Ranging from being a creep on roofs and watching the people of the city just go about their daily routines. Losing their shit and attacking  people or at least piss them the hell off with their behavior and getting hurt in progress. And in their moments of full pure clarity they either hide away from the world to have their breakdowns or to legit try and help people out from the shadows, specifically stealing food and tossing that to those on the streets without any.
