Wow! this is some seriously beautiful art!

I got into the mood to draw a baby character, so decided to draw Tala!
As you can probably see, she doesn't have her horns. This is because at this point she had only just been taken from her parents and hence hasn't been subjected to any experimentation as of yet. 
I am not experienced in trying to make tears look... teary, so please forgive the poor attempt.

Tears. Tears are hell. I think it also tends to vary on the level of teariness as to how you should approach it. Like just budding tears you sorta want to place to the edges, more held back blubbers along the bottom, more sentimental tears perhaps a single one rolling down the side of the face. I think one key is to make it more so it's highlighted/implicitly blue, rather than go too heavy on it? Since obviously tears aren't actually blue, you just want to the hint of it for the implication of water.

On a seperate note, I absoloutely adore Yukiko's design - especially fond of how you did the tail! She just looks really nice overall, big fan.

You have no idea the pride I took in Yukiko when I finally finished her!  I have done another picture if her, but it's a lot more 'anthro' than Mobian,  mainly because I made her head smaller than normal and her hands are really small as well.  I'm kind of scared to colour it,  but I will post it here if I do get round to actually finishing it properly.

Okay, This isn't a fan character, but I wanted to show you guys that the blur tool is my bestie, and that my work looks so much better (in my opinion) when I actually use the tools provided.
It is nearly 5.30am so I reeeeaaally should be sleeping, enjoy ^^

Maniiiic! I always find it weird, could never stand Sonic Underground, but I always feel there's been an odd appeal to Manic. Not even in how he was portrayed, but just at the concept stage, I guess rogue-type characters have always had an appeal to me.
I will say, you've shown marked improvement since starting the thread. The linework on this looks great, it's amazing already to compare the first piece you posted to where you're at now, everything feels a lot cleaner.
Of course, once more, slight bit of advice - nothing major, but you may want to start looking into/playing about with saturation level of colours. That green up there is... rather blinding - perhaps a li'l desaturation would work to make it attack the eyes less.

Yeah I think you're right. I wanted a light green but I think that's a bit on the luminous side of the scale haha. Keeping in mind that I was half asleep when I finished this so I am wasn't really paying much attention to doing extra to it.

A second picture of Yukiko. It was my first try at attempting the ice at her feet, so if the colours are a bit weird then I'm sorry but I kind of like it ^^

And here we have a first try ever at anthro style! This fits in with the newest RP I'm part of in Non-canon as looking older and more developed helps make things look a little darker. It took forever, but I am beyond happy with the results

Hey there people, I'm alive and apologies for not posting or being active on here lately. 
I has more art though! 

Hi everyone, a bit of a later post once again by myself. 
In Talas Bio I mentioned that she is an elbow blade user alongside her Capoiera. Well this is the finished design for her elbow blades that I believe she would use. I'm not sure on colours though. At present I have flat colour that is silver red and teal (silver for the blades obviously.)
If anyone is happy to give possible feedback and ideas for colours please don't hesitate to comment and throw them at me as I am open for many options that eyes from another source can contemplate.

Hi all again, I finally finished a pic I had linework of for ages. I have 2 versions of it though, so Ill post them together and you all let me know which one looks better maybe?


I tried my hand at flamey aura-ish effects again, but I'm not 100% sold on it on this one, hence the reason why there's a second version that is clean and effect free.
I really hope I can get some feedback on this, as comparing this to the first version of Tala transforming that's on this thread, this one (I hope) looks more professional?

Would not like to piss her off. I would vote the top one hands down.

I need to do more work of Yukiko though. She is a little bit barren these days... My newest character Zephyros as well, but... well birds are a pain to draw without them looking somewhat like a babylon rogue xD

To be honest, I would say it looks more like a 'dark magic' kind of aura rather than fire, but that's just how I see it. It looks very cool still, and I love how it turned out! c:

Sooo this kinda happened. Illness makes me doodle stuff and work on it for ages apparently.

I tried experimenting with using coloured line work instead of the usual black boldness, and to be perfectly honest I am loving how much it works for this little one. 
If she could be a Chao for anyone, so who would suit her best out of my three characters? Also I think I may be needing help with names for her as well. She is definitely a female (as made obvious by the eyelashes, duh Foreva you're such a silly billy)

My first ever animation/ .gif!
This is the fixed version so now Tala blinks like a normal(ish) person. 
Naturally the site doesn't like me so I cant just post it as it is and have to show a link and y'all need to make effort to see it. I understand if you don't want to, but if you do, please give me feedback as always ^^

Oh yeah, she doesn't have her white bits either because I actually forgot them .-.
